Disbursement Rate definition

Disbursement Rate means an annual rate of interest, as of the date of determination, equal to the greater of (i) the Interest Rate and (ii) the per annum rate for ten (10) year U.S. Treasury Obligations as published in The Wall Street Journal plus three hundred fifty (350) basis points.

More Definitions of Disbursement Rate

Disbursement Rate means the price per MWh of Energy output delivered by the QFCP Generator to a Delivery Point(s) designated by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Service Classification, as set forth in Section I herein.
