affordable residential unit means a residential unit that meets the criteria set out in subsection (2) or (3); (“unité d’habitation abordable”)

  • Affordable Residential Unit Premium OptionIn the D1 and D2 districts, additional Floor Area may be earned to exceed the normal maximum FAR when Affordable Housing Dwelling Units are included in a Development as provided below.
