Affiliated Company Affiliated Company means (i) the Company, (ii) any other corporation which is a member of the controlled group of corporations which includes the Company, provided that in applying Code Section 1563(a)(1), (2), and (3) for purposes of determining a controlled group of corporations under Code Section 414(b) and determining trades or businesses under common control for purposes of Code Section 414(c) 50 percent (50%) is substituted for 80 percent (80%) each time used, and (iii) any other entity in which the Company has a significant equity interest or owns a substantial capital or profits interest.
