  • However, in light of the financial difficulties that ADVANZ PHARMA faced in 2016-2018, there was minimal investment in growth during that period.

  • Bidco reserves the right to elect (with the consent of the Panel, and subject to compliance with Canadian securities laws and the terms of the Co-operation Agreement) to implement the acquisition of the ADVANZ PHARMA Shares by way of a Takeover Offer as an alternative to the Scheme.
