Warrant Register The Company shall register this Warrant, upon records to be maintained by the Company for that purpose (the “Warrant Register”), in the name of the record Holder hereof from time to time. The Company may deem and treat the registered Holder of this Warrant as the absolute owner hereof for the purpose of any exercise hereof or any distribution to the Holder, and for all other purposes, absent actual notice to the contrary.
Particulars These particulars are not an offer or contract, nor part of one. You should not rely on statements by Xxxxxx Xxxxx LLP in the particulars or by word of mouth or in writing ("information") as being factually accurate about the property, its condition or its value. Neither Xxxxxx Xxxxx LLP nor any joint agent has any authority to make any representations about the property, and accordingly any information given is entirely without responsibility on the part of the agents, seller(s) or lessor(s). 2.
Holder Lists The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Holders. If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish, or cause the Registrar to furnish, to the Trustee, in writing at least five Business Days before each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of Holders.

Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.
Place of Work Your normal place of work is at the School, or at any premises used from time to time by the School, unless Your duties take You elsewhere. The Governing Body reserves the right to require You to work at such other place or places as it may reasonably require from time to time subject to the provision of reasonable notice. You will not usually be required to work outside of the United Kingdom.

Addresses The address and fax number (and the department or officer, if any, for whose attention the communication is to be made) of each Party for any communication or document to be made or delivered under or in connection with the Finance Documents is:
APPENDIX D Appendix D, Pricing Schedules, attached hereto, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein.
Appendix B Appendix B, Office of General Services General Specifications, dated July 2006, attached hereto, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein and shall govern any situations not covered by this Bid Document or Appendix A.
