Environmental Reporting. ‌ The Concessioner shall submit environmental reports as specified in Section 6 of this Contract, and as otherwise required by the Director under the terms of this Contract.

Environmental Reporting. The Borrower Representative shall promptly deliver to the Lender, and in any event within three (3) Business Days after receipt or transmittal by any Borrower or any Subsidiary thereof, as the case may be, copies of all material communications with any government or governmental agency relating to Environmental Claims and all material communications with any other Person relating to Environmental Claims brought against such Person which could, in either case, if successfully brought against such Borrower such Subsidiary, reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental Reporting. Promptly, and in any event within 10 days of each occurrence, (i) notify the Administrative Agent of any proceeding or order before any Governmental Entity requiring the Borrower or the Guarantors to comply with or take action under any Environmental Laws and of any state or affairs on the Owned Properties, Leased Properties or the Business which would reasonably be expected to give rise to a future Claim, and (x) requiring expenditures in the amount of $2,000,000 or more, (y) if any violation thereof involves the reasonable possibility of the imposition of a fine or fines aggregating $500,000 or more, or (z) the shutting down of any material facility referred to in Schedule 7.01(j) or 7.01(k) for a period in excess of 48 hours; and (ii) notify the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, within 10 days therefrom, of any other occurrence which would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, including the Borrower or any of its subsidiaries (A) receiving a notice or claim to the effect that the Borrower or any of its subsidiaries are liable to any Person in a material amount as a result of the Release or threatened Release of any Hazardous Substance into the environment in, on, under or adjacent to the Owned Properties or Leased Properties; (B) receiving any notice that the Borrower or any of its subsidiaries is subject to investigation by any Governmental Entity evaluating whether any Remedial Action is needed to respond to the Release or threatened Release of any Hazardous Substance into the environment, in, on, under or adjacent to the Owned Properties or the Leased Properties; (C) receiving any notice that all or any portion of the Owned Properties or the Leased Properties is subject to an order or a Security Interest under or pursuant to any Environmental Law; (D) receiving any notice of a material condition with respect to the Owned Properties or the Leased Properties which might reasonably result in a notice of violation of any Environmental Law; (E) receiving any notice of the commencement of any judicial or administrative proceeding alleging a violation of any Environmental Law with respect to the Owned Properties or the Leased Properties; or (F) undertaking any material activities as a result of new or proposed changes to any existing Environmental Law that would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental Reporting. Each Obligor will promptly, and in any event within 15 days of each occurrence, notify the Lender of any civil, criminal or regulatory proceeding before, or investigation or order of, any Governmental Authority or other Person requiring any Obligor to comply with or take action under any Environmental Laws, and of any state of affairs that contravene Environmental Laws on any Real Property owned or leased by, or relating to any Business of, any Obligor, and of any Release from any Real Property owned or leased by any Obligor into the Natural Environment, and any similar environmental occurrence.
