Youth Hiring Program. Developer shall require one or more general contractors to work with City staff to coordinate the inclusion of a youth apprenticeship program during the construction phase of the Project. City staff will work with local partners to identify and train a total of three (3) local resident youth hire graduates from a youth apprenticeship program acceptable to City to participate in the construction phase of the development project as apprentices. Youth and Family Services will provide ongoing case management/counseling services for the two hires and coordinate with Developer’s general contractor(s) to ensure the three (3) apprentices are in good standing during the construction phase of the project. The apprentices are to have completed the Cypress Xxxxxxx training program (or other similar program approved by City’s Youth and Family Services staff) and be identified for hire by City’s Youth and Family Services program. City’s Youth and Family Services staff shall be obligated to provide case management throughout the duration of employment. Apprentices shall comply with all regular workplace rules and regulations of their respective employer, including, but not limited to, discipline for failure to comply with the same.

  • First Source Hiring Program Contractor must comply with all of the provisions of the First Source Hiring Program, Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, that apply to this Agreement, and Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 83.

  • Leave Donation Program Employees may donate paid leave to a fellow employee who is otherwise eligible to accrue and use sick leave and is employed by the same Agency. The intent of the leave donation program is to allow employees to voluntarily provide assistance to their co-workers who are in critical need of leave due to the serious illness or injury of the employee or a member of the employee’s immediate family. The definition of immediate family as provided in rule 123:1-47-01 of the Administrative Code shall apply for the leave donation program.
