Your Rights as a Resident. Residents of this Facility keep all their basic rights and liberties as a citizen or resident of the United States when, and after, they are admitted. Because these rights are so important, both federal and state laws and regulations describe them in detail, and state law requires that a comprehensive Resident Bill of Rights be attached to this Agreement. Attachment F, entitled “Resident Bill of Rights,” lists your rights, as set forth in State and Federal law. For your information, the attachment also provides the location of your rights in statute. Violations of state laws and regulations identified above may subject our Facility and our staff to civil or criminal proceedings. You have the right to voice grievances to us without fear of any reprisal, and you may submit complaints or any questions or concerns you may have about our services or your rights to the local office of the California Department of Public Health, Licensing and Certification District Office , or to the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman (see page 1 for contact information).   • Your Rights When it comes to your health information, you have certain rights. This section explains your rights and some of our responsibilities to help you. Get an electronic or paper copy of your medical record U You can ask to see or get an electronic or paper copy of your medical record and other health information we have about you. Ask us how to do this. U We will provide a copy or a summary of your health information, usually within 30 days of your request. We may charge a reasonable, cost-based fee. Ask us to correct your medical record U You can ask us to correct health information about you that you think is incorrect or incomplete. Ask us how to do this. U We may say “no” to your request, but we’ll tell you why in writing within 60 days.   • Rights as a Lender The Person serving as the Administrative Agent hereunder shall have the same rights and powers in its capacity as a Lender as any other Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent and the term “Lender” or “Lenders” shall, unless otherwise expressly indicated or unless the context otherwise requires, include the Person serving as the Administrative Agent hereunder in its individual capacity. Such Person and its Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, act as the financial advisor or in any other advisory capacity for and generally engage in any kind of business with the Borrower or any Subsidiary or other Affiliate thereof as if such Person were not the Administrative Agent hereunder and without any duty to account therefor to the Lenders.

  • RESTRICTION ON OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT 55.01 Unless otherwise specified by the Employer as being in an area that could represent a conflict of interest, employees shall not be restricted in engaging in other employment outside the hours they are required to work for the Employer.

  • Your Right to Terminate You may also terminate this Client Agreement or close your Account at any time by giving us written notice. Your Account will be closed as soon as reasonably practicable after we have received notice, all open Contracts are closed, Orders are cancelled, and all of your obligations are discharged.

  • Employment Restrictions Executive is not currently a party to any non competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality or other work-related agreement that limits or restricts Executive’s ability to work in any particular field or in any particular geographic region, whether or not such agreement would be violated by this Agreement.

  • Relationship to Award 2.1 This Agreement incorporates those terms of the National Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry Award 1998 as at December 2005 (as amended) that are set out in Appendix K. A reference in this Agreement to the “Award” means the Award terms as set out in Appendix K.
