Common use of Year of Leave Clause in Contracts

Year of Leave. In accordance with clause 4.6, I shall take my Leave of Absence during the 20 / school year but I shall have the right in accordance with clause 4.5 to postpone such leave for one school year and the Employer shall have the right to defer such leave for one school year in accordance with clause 4.4.
