Xxxxxxxx Community College and the University of Cincinnati will work together to maximize the acceptance and application of transfer credit. Program specific Advising Guides supporting this institutional agreement will outline selective admission requirements, course equivalencies, and other information affecting students who enroll in a particular academic program. These supplemental programmatic Advising Guides must be consistent with the tenets of this overarching institutional agreement. Students transferring credit outside of programmatic Advising Guides will have the application of transfer credit done on a course-by-course basis by the University of Cincinnati. Ultimately, the acceptance and application of transfer credit is the decision of the University of Cincinnati.
Xxxxxxxx Community College students admitted to Miami University Xxxxxxxx and Middletown under this program may change their academic program at any time. 1 Students should print the application form off the web (xxx.xxx.xxxxxx.xxx or xxx.xxx.xxxxxx.xxx) or request one from the Xxxxxxxx Community College Engineering Technology transfer advisor (Xxxxx Xxxxx) The application includes high school transcripts and SAT/ACT scores. However, the students must satisfy the academic requirements for the program that is in effect at the time the change is made.

Appendix B AFA in Music to BM AA Transfer Committee Procedures Articulation between the North Carolina Community College System and the University of North Carolina System is a dynamic process. To ensure the currency of the AFA in Music to BM Articulation Agreement, occasional modifications to that agreement may be necessary. The AFA in Music to BM Transfer Committee (AFABMTC) will receive requests for modification only upon the recommendation of the chief academic officer of the NCCCS or UNC System. Because the modification process involves faculty and administrative review, this process may require up to 12 months for final action. Decisions made by the AFABMTC will be consistent with all pertinent accreditation standards. Appendix C AFA in Music to BM Articulation Agreement Transfer Committee Membership AFABMTC members shall serve three-year staggered terms. An individual may serve no more than two consecutive terms. Some initial appointments may be for one or two years to allow for staggering of terms. The AFABMTC shall have co-chairs, one from the NCCCS membership and one from the UNC membership. Co-chairs shall be elected by the membership and shall serve staggered terms. NCCCS Members: Four representatives including: One representative from the NCCCS administration (non-voting) One representative from the NCCCS AFA Association Executive Committee (an AFA in Music representative) Two representatives from the community college AFA in Music schools.
