The Social Environment clause defines the expectations and standards regarding the social conditions and practices within an organization or in relation to a contract. It typically addresses issues such as workplace diversity, employee well-being, fair labor practices, and community engagement. For example, it may require compliance with anti-discrimination laws, promote inclusive hiring, or mandate support for local communities. Social Environment. If the Project involves land acquisition or resident resettlement after sub-projects are determined, such acquisition will be implemented according to the resettlement plan prepared based on the environmental impact assessment framework.
