Capstone course definition

Capstone course means an experiential nursing course for students to demonstrate integration of knowledge and professional nursing supervised by a preceptor during the final semester of the professional nursing program.
Capstone course means a clinical experience completed in the final year of the nursing education program that synthesizes the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills acquired throughout the program to prepare the student for professional nursing practice.
