WorldSpace Icon. The immediately identifiable WorldSpace Icon: • Three interlocking “orbits” clearly represent the three WorldSpace satellites and coverage areas, with a central hub representing both Earth and our listeners; • The icon never appears alone upon first viewing, but may be used alone after the full WorldSpace Signature has been established (i.e., second page letterhead; presentation screens, etc.); • The icon must appear in its entirety; • Do not show the arcs or hub alone; • Do not bleed the icon off of a page or screen; • Do not rotate the icon.

  • Comverge Comverge hereby represents and warrants the following:

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Customer Services Provide services and systems dedicated to customer service, including billing, remittance, credit, collections, customer relations, call centers, energy conservation support and metering.
