Common use of Workers’ Compensation Pay Supplement Clause in Contracts

Workers’ Compensation Pay Supplement. (a) An employee prevented from performing his/her regular work with the Employer on account of an occupational accident that is recognized by Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Board as compensable within the meaning of the Workers‟ Compensation Act, shall receive compensation in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Workers’ Compensation Pay Supplement. (a) i. Pending a settlement of the Workers‟ Compensation Actinsurable claim, the Employee shall continue to receive compensation in accordance with the applicable legislationfull pay and benefits (excluding sick leave accumulation) of this Agreement, subject to necessary adjustment.
