Work study education Sample Clauses

Work study education. The basic work study course is normally completed annually. The course is made up of a theoretical component followed by a practical component, as well as an exam. Work study technicians (clause 5) and work study shop stewards (clause 27) must pass the exam. At a minimum, shop stewards must complete the theoretical part of the course, thereby becoming reasonably acquainted with work study techniques. If shop stewards so re- quest, they will be allowed to participate in the practical component of the course, as well as the exam. After the basic work study course, the acquired knowledge is maintained through con- tinuous training and updates (see subclause 3 and 4). For use in the basic work study course, training and updates in work pace evaluation, prepared and approved work pace assessment films and training materials are available from DI and NNF.
