Work During COVID 19 School Closure. All employees will do available training and work at the appropriate and available location and times during this period of closure as coordinated with the supervisor. Employees not needed on site will be asked to perform certain services and training at home, as coordinated with the supervisor.   • OPERATING DURING CLOSURE PERIOD If permission is granted to operate during a closure period listed in Clause 1-25 ACTIVITY TIMING RESTRICTION, Purchaser shall provide a maintenance plan to include further protection of state resources. Purchaser shall obtain written approval from the Contract Administrator for the maintenance plan, and shall put preventative measures in place before operating during the closure period. Purchaser is required to maintain all haul roads at their own expense including those listed in Contract Clause C-060 DESIGNATED ROAD MAINTAINER. If other operators are using, or desire to use these designated maintainer roads, a joint operating plan must be developed. All parties shall follow this plan.

  • Refund During Cooling-Off Period The PEI will provide the Student with a cooling-off period of seven (7) working days after the date that the Contract has been signed by both parties. The Student will be refunded the highest percentage (stated in Schedule D) of the fees already paid if the Student submits a written notice of withdrawal to the PEI within the cooling-off period, regardless of whether the Student has started the course or not.

  • Drawings Submitted During the Contract Term Where required to develop, maintain and deliver diagrams or other technical schematics regarding the scope of work, Contractor shall do so on an ongoing basis at no additional charge, and must, as a condition of payment, update drawings and plans during the Contract term to reflect additions, alterations, and deletions.   • Work During Vacation Should an employee who has commenced his scheduled vacation and agrees upon request by the Hospital to return to perform work during the vacation period, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times his basic straight time rate for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day on which he has so worked.

  • Addressing Objections Raised During Public Comment Period The Parties agree that the procedure contemplated for public review of this Stipulated Order and the Regional Water Board’s or its delegate’s adoption of this Stipulated Order is lawful and adequate. The Parties understand that the Regional Water Board or its delegate has the authority to require a public hearing on this Stipulated Order.   • Time Off During Notice Period During the period of notice of termination given by the employer, an employee shall be allowed up to one day's time off without loss of pay for the purpose of seeking other employment. This time off shall be taken at times that are convenient to the employee after consultation with the employer.

  • School Closures If school must be canceled, the school year shall be extended and vacations and in-service days and holidays not required by Statute may be utilized to meet State and District curriculum requirements. The district will consult with the President of the Association (s) before revising the calendar as required. Such time will be made up without additional pay. Any student school days waived by OSPI due to emergency school closure shall also be work days waived for certificated staff. There shall be no loss of pay in such an instance.
