WORK CLOTHING. (a) Where the Employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, or special or protective clothing, or special equipment, the Employer shall be responsible for its provision, replacement, cleaning and/or laundering except that washable garments shall be cleaned and/or laundered by the employee.
