WORK CLOTHES. The employer shall provide all necessary work clothes (coveralls, work shoes or equivalent, and insulated coveralls, winter coveralls and rain gear as needed), as well as safety equipment, including personal safety gear. Work clothes and safety gear provided by the company are the property of the company. When a new set of work clothes is provided, the worn set shall be handed in. Used safety equipment as mentioned above shall be properly cleaned before being reissued.
WORK CLOTHES. (i) It is agreed that the present arrangement in respect to overalls, shirts, smocks, and gloves will be continued for the duration of this Agreement.

APPENDIX J: SHEET METAL WORKERS, LOCAL 104 The following terms in this Appendix apply only to employees represented by Sheet Metal Workers International Union, Local 104.

WORK CLOTHES. At the discretion of management, specific employees may be required to wear identified work clothes and/or protective safety gear. When such a decision is made, the identified work clothes and/or protective safety gear shall be at the expense of the District. Any maintenance and cleaning of the work clothes shall be at the expense of the employee. Work clothes and/or protective safety gear shall only be used during on duty time. Any work clothes and/or protective safety gear shall be returned to the District upon resignation, layoff or discharge.

WORK CLOTHES. 25.01 All inside employees shall be provided with (at no cost to them) clean uniforms, coveralls or smocks, whichever is applicable, as well as gloves, to those requiring same. These clean clothes will be supplied no less than once a week.

WORK CLOTHES. 4.2.1. The workers shall be provided every two weeks with clean and whole external work clothes in the appropriate size. The type of work clothes is determined with respect to the work carried out. Their cleaning shall be at the expense of the employer. The work clothes are the property of the employer. In circumstances demanding special protective and safety clothing, such clothing shall be available for use by the workers. This applies, for example, to work with paint and other special materials at unclear locations, outdoors work in cold or rainy conditions. The employer owns this clothing and is authorized to identify it.
