Work Based Personal Assistance Only. The Provider must perform a Provider Exit of a Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participant if: the Provider considers that the Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participant no longer requires Work Based Personal Assistance Only; or the Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participant ceases to be in Employment, Unsubsidised Self-Employment, Traineeship or Apprenticeship (excluding any time during a Voluntary Change in Employment); or the Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participant becomes a NDIS Participant or otherwise fails to meet the eligibility requirements for a Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participant, and must do so in accordance with any Guidelines. Program Summaries The Provider must complete a Program Summary on the Department’s IT Systems for each Participant within the following timeframes:

  • Additional Assistance The Borrower shall provide such cooperation, information and assistance, and prepare and supply the Administrative Agent with such data regarding the performance by the Issuing Insurance Companies of their obligations under the Pledged Policies and the performance by the Borrower of its obligations under the Transaction Documents, as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent from time to time.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:

  • Educational Assistants Teachers are responsible to assign instructional duties to Educational Assistants who are allocated to students in their classroom by the Principal.

  • Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard. For such services, the Fund will make the following payments to the Distributor:

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.
