WLAN means Wireless Local Area Network.

In the event that the parties are not able to reach agreement on (a) and/or (b), then the parties agree to accept the findings of a neutral third-party expert in the wireless field to be selected by mutual agreement of the parties. In no case shall WLAN include WAN, WLL, Bluetooth.
