  • Express Rights and Remedies Not Limited The express rights and remedies of the LHIN are in addition to and will not limit any other rights and remedies available to the LHIN at law or in equity.   • Terminating the Agreement With reasonable cause, either Client or Contractor may terminate this Agreement, effective immediately upon giving written notice. Reasonable cause includes: A material violation of this Agreement; Any act exposing the other party to liability to others for personal injury or property damage; or Either party terminating this Agreement at any time by giving days' written notice to the other party of the intent to terminate.

  • Intention of the Parties It is the intention of the parties that the Seller is conveying, and the Servicer is receiving only a contract for servicing the Mortgage Loans.
