WHOLE OF AGREEMENT. 28.1 The Tenant agrees that the Premises are leased by the Tenant without any representations or warranties other than as contained in this Lease and Offer to Lease and that no representative or Agent of the Landlord is or is authorized or permitted to make any representations with reference hereto or to vary or modify this Lease in any way, except in writing under seal, and that this Lease contains all of the agreements and conditions made between the parties hereto. The Offer to Lease shall survive execution of this Lease, provided that where this Lease expressly contradicts the Offer to Lease, this Lease shall govern.

WHOLE OF AGREEMENT. The Lessee acknowledges and declares that in entering into this Lease the Lessee has not relied on any promise, representation, warranty or undertaking given by or on behalf of the Lessor in respect to the suitability of the Premises or the finish, facilities, amenities or services on the Premises and that the covenants and provisions contained in this Lease expressly or by statutory implication cover and comprise the whole of the agreement between the parties and it is expressly agreed and declared that no further or other covenants or provisions whether in respect of the Premises or otherwise shall be deemed to be implied or to arise between the parties by way of collateral or other agreement.
WHOLE OF AGREEMENT. 16.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties in respect of the matters dealt with in this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, arrangements and negotiations in respect of the on-hire Services.

WHOLE OF AGREEMENT. This document forms the whole of the agreement between the Borrower and the Bank in connection with the Switch Facility and replaces all prior correspondence, discussions and negotiations.
WHOLE OF AGREEMENT. The provisions of this Lease comprise the entire agreement as concluded between the parties despite any negotiations or discussions held or documents signed or brochures produced or statements made before this Lease was entered into. The Lessee warrants that it has not been induced to enter into this Lease by any representation (verbal or otherwise) made by or on behalf of the Lessor which is not included in this Lease or a document identified in this Lease and initialled by the parties.
WHOLE OF AGREEMENT. 10.1 The parties acknowledge that this Agreement embodies the whole agreement between them relating to the subject matter of this agreement document and supersedes any and all oral and written negotiations and communications by or on behalf of any of them. Each party acknowledges that it has not, in entering into this Agreement, relied upon any warranty representation or statement, whether oral or written, made or published by any other party or any person on behalf of any other party or otherwise in connection howsoever with the subject matter of this Agreement, except such as are expressly provided herein and subject thereto has relied entirely upon its own enquiries relating to the subject matter of this agreement document. The parties agree that to the extent that each of them may exclude any warranties or conditions which might otherwise be implied in connection with this Agreement document or the subject matter of this agreement document by any competent legislation, then each party hereby expressly excludes from application all such implied warranties and conditions. Amendments hereto shall not come into operation until duly embodied in an amending agreement properly executed on behalf of both the parties hereto.
