Where an Employee suffers damage. (s) to their reasonable personal property during the course of her duties, the Employer shall reimburse the Employee for reasonable damages to a maximum of five hundred ($500.00) dollars per incident. In the event the damaged property is insured, the Employer shall only be obligated to reimburse to the limit of the deductible, not to exceed five hundred ($500.00) dollars per incident. Nothing in this Article requires an Employee to actually make an insurance claim as a condition of receiving payment as prescribed herein.
