Amalgamation/Transfer of Undertakings. Where the Employer voluntarily amalgamates with another agency or transfers its undertaking in whole or in part, the seniority of Employees shall be guaranteed, and all terms and conditions of this Collective Agreement shall continue in force and effect for the life of the Agreement. Jurisdictional disputes, which result from the transfer of the undertaking/ amalgamation, shall be submitted to the Ontario Labour Relations Board for resolution.
