Wheel. For the purpose of starting this election process only, seniority will dictate the order of election for each crew. To begin the senior member of each crew shall elect his “no work day” for the month of January 2009 first. Once he has elected his “no work day” he falls to the bottom of the crew list and the crew member who elected their “no work day” second in January shall be the first to elect in February. The next month the crew member who elected their “no work day” second in February shall elect first in March and so on for the rest of the year. Ongoing for the life of the 20 hour schedule the person who elected their “no work day” first in December shall also elect first in January so as to stagger the months that any one crew member gets first choice. SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (Version B) between PSAC/UCTE Local 40403 (The “Local”) and PUBLIC SERVICE ALLIANCE OF CANADA (The “Union”) and XXXXXX AIRPORT AUTHORITY INC. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • Bicycles Bicycles or other vehicles shall not be permitted anywhere inside or on the sidewalks outside of the Building, except in those areas designated by Landlord for bicycle parking.
