Wheel. For the purpose of starting this election process only, seniority will dictate the order of election for each crew. To begin the senior member of each crew shall elect his “no work day” for the month of January 2009 first. Once he has elected his “no work day” he falls to the bottom of the crew list and the crew member who elected their “no work day” second in January shall be the first to elect in February. The next month the crew member who elected their “no work day” second in February shall elect first in March and so on for the rest of the year. Ongoing for the life of the 20 hour schedule the person who elected their “no work day” first in December shall also elect first in January so as to stagger the months that any one crew member gets first choice. (The “Employer”) The parties have made the decision to resolve policy grievance (#2005-01) submitted by Local 40403 concerning Article 28 Staffing Procedures. The parties acknowledge that all aspects of this matter have been resolved to their satisfaction as per the terms below.
