Wharf. I hereby guarantee and warrant to you that all dues charged or payable under the Iron Ore (Robe River) Cape ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Ore and Service Wharves By‑laws 1995 in respect of or in connection with the vessel will be paid within 14 days after the departure of the vessel from the Berth;
Wharf. The Parties acknowledge that neither the Town nor the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (“DEP”) had any record of permits being issued for the Wharf. Landowner has since applied to the DEP for an after-the-fact Natural Resources Protection Act (“NRPA”) permit, which was approved on August 21, 2023; applied to the US Army Corp of Engineers, which approval was granted on April 28, 2023; and applied for a permit from the Freeport Coastal Waters Commission, which was approved on May 8, 2024.

Wharf. All structural components of the wharf and all fittings such as fenders, bollards, quay crane rails etc shall be visually inspected and any defects recorded.
Wharf. Following the implementation of the Arrangement, New Goldcorp may dispose of Wharf, either by way of a distribution to the shareholders of New Goldcorp or by way of a sale to a third party purchaser. Until such disposition, the Wharf Mine and the Wharf expansion project will continue to be operated and developed by New Goldcorp.
