Buildings and Facilities. The Association shall have the right, upon request, to reasonable use of school buildings and facilities, subject to the right of the school district to assess reasonable charges for additional custodial expenses or other additional operational expenses beyond normal maintenance costs resulting from such use, provided further that said use shall not interfere with normal school activities or functions.
