- Wellness Program – YMCA Membership. The City shall provide for the complete cost of providing a sponsored, yearly corporate membership to the Bay Area YMCA, allowing for all covered employees to voluntarily access the facilities and participate in the programming therein. Such membership shall be limited to the extent the same shall cost the City no more than $10 per covered employee per month during the duration of this agreement. Cost exceeding such amount shall be paid by employees choosing to continue participation in same.

- Wellness Program – YMCA Membership. The City shall provide an annual reimbursement to members of this bargaining unit who join a fitness center, recreational facility or gym. This payment shall be made in the first pay period of the fiscal year which begins on July 1. Reimbursement is limited to ten dollars ($10) per month for each month of membership or $120 per year for a 12 month membership. Employees are responsible for costs beyond $10 per month or $120 per year.

  • Wellness Program Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent a department or agency from recommending experimental “fitness” type programs and reward programs involving wellness promotion activities.   • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • Physical Fitness Program 42.1 The Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee consisting of four (4) members, two (2) appointed by the Chief of Department and two (2) appointed by the Union shall develop a physical fitness program for the Department to maintain and improve the health and fitness of members and reduce injuries. The employees appointed by the Union shall receive reasonable time off without loss of compensation or other benefits for the purpose of participating in meetings of the Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
