Warranty of Contractor for Provision of Services. Contractor shall obtain and shall keep in full force and effect during the term of this Contract all permits, registrations and licenses necessary to accomplish the work specified in the Contract. Contractor shall furnish qualified professional personnel as prescribed by Title 9 of the California Code of Regulations, the Business and Professions Code, and all other applicable laws for the type of services rendered under this Contract. Contractor warrants that it, and each of the personnel employed or otherwise retained by Contractor, will at all times, to the extent required by law, be properly certified and licensed throughout the entire duration of this Contract under the local, state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the provision of services herein.

Contractor warrants that it, and each of the personnel employed or otherwise retained by Contractor, will at all times, to the extent required by law, be properly certified and licensed throughout the entire duration of this Contract under the local, state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the provision of services herein.

  • Warranty of Services Contractor warrants that the services provided conform to the contract requirements, including all descriptions, specifications and attachments made a part of this contract. The Department’s acceptance of services provided by Contractor shall not relieve Contractor from its obligations under this warranty. In addition to its other remedies under this contract, at law, or in equity, the Department may, at Contractor's expense, require prompt correction of any services failing to meet Contractor's warranty herein.   • Provision of Services (a) The HSP will provide the Services in accordance with, and otherwise comply with:

  • TERMS OF PROVISION OF SERVICES 2.1. The Contractor performs work for the Customer at his own risk and personally. At the same time, the Contractor has the right, with the consent of the Customer, to involve other persons (subcontractors) in the performance of work, remaining responsible to the Customer for the result of their work.   • Subcontracting for the Provision of Services (a) The parties acknowledge that, subject to the provisions of LHSIA, the HSP may subcontract the provision of some or all of the Services.
