Walls and siding. The in-kind repair of exterior masonry walls, or the in-kind replacement of deteriorated siding, stucco, or trim. Vinyl or aluminum siding or deteriorated lap wood siding may be replaced with smooth unbeaded fiber cement siding. Deteriorated novelty wood siding must be repaired or replaced in-kind.
