Ceilings means overhead interior surface that covers the upper limit of an interior room or space.

All interior walls to be drywall with two (2) coats of latex paint with semi-gloss or egg finish. All private offices, conference walls to extend 6” above acoustical ceilings. All private offices and bath rooms to be insulated for sound retention.
