Ceiling Fans. All ceiling fans shall be provided with suspension arrangement in the concrete/slab/roof member. Fan box with XX xxxx to be provided under by electrical Concessionaire covered under subhead point wiring item no. 1 ceiling fan shall be double ball bearing type, copper wound motor complete with canopy, down rod, blades etc. and shall conform to relevant IS standards. Ceiling fan shall be white in colour. Ceiling fan shall be provided with standard regulator. Regulator shall be suitable for 240 volts A.C. supply 50 Hz and shall be of continuous duty type.
Ceiling Fans. Ceiling fan/light fixtures will be allowed both up and downstairs with the following conditions: Written permission from Landlord in advance of the installation, in which all costs will be the responsibility of the Resident, completed by a licensed electrician.
