Wait Lists. When the Residence is at capacity and a wait list is created, applicants will be assigned to a wait list position by the Residence Office. Offers made once a wait list has been reached will expire within 48 hours prior to July 25, 2022 and within 24 hours for offers made on or after July 25, 2022. Wait Lists a. First Year Applicants whose permanent address is 25km or less from their campus of study who apply before May 30, 2024, will be placed on a wait list. On May 30, 2024, students on the 25km or less wait list will be added to the end of the appropriate campus wait list. After this date, all applications received, regardless of distance from campus, will be added to the appropriate campus waitlist in order of submission.
Wait Lists. The Network Administrator may establish wait lists for particular Accommodation. Only Members current in the payment of Membership Fee and all other amounts as may be owed in relation to the Network may be placed on a wait list. The Network Administrator reserves the right to limit the number of Members that may be on any wait list.

  • White Pages Listings 5.1 BellSouth shall provide <<customer_name>> and their customers access to white pages directory listings under the following terms:

  • Employee Lists (A) Upon request of the Union on no more than a quarterly basis, the state will provide it with personnel data from the state personnel database (People First). These data will include employees’ names, home addresses, work locations, classification titles, and other data elements as identified by the Union that are not confidential under state law. This information will be prepared on the basis of the latest information available in the database at the time of the request.

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions:

  • Seniority Lists A copy of the seniority list will be posted by January 31st and July 31st of each calendar year on designated bulletin boards with a copy forwarded to the bargaining unit president. Included in the list shall be a breakdown of total hours paid for part-time employees. All lists will include date of hire. Any errors noted in the seniority list should be noted and the employer notified within thirty (30) days, after which the list shall be considered final.

  • Layoff Lists The names of employees who have been laid off or demoted in lieu of layoff, or whose position has been reallocated down shall be placed on a Seniority Unit Layoff List for the seniority unit, classification, geographic location and employment condition from which they were laid off or demoted in lieu of layoff in order of Classification Seniority. Employees may also indicate, in writing, other geographic locations for which they are available. Employees may change their availability at any time through written notice to the Employer. Unless removed via 1-4, names shall be retained on the layoff list for a minimum of one (1) year or for a period of time equal to the employee's State Seniority, to a maximum of four (4) years. A copy of such list shall be made available to the Council upon request. Upon request, the names of employees who have been laid off or demoted in lieu of layoff, or whose position has been reallocated down shall be placed on a bargaining unit layoff list for the bargaining unit, classification, geographic location, and employment condition from which they were laid off or demoted in lieu of layoff in order of Classification Seniority. Unless removed via 1-4, names shall be retained on the layoff list for a minimum of one (1) year or for a period of time equal to the employee's State Seniority, to a maximum of four (4) years. A copy of such list shall be made available to the Council upon request. Employees shall be removed from all layoff lists for any of the following reasons:

  • Personnel File (a) An employee, or the President of the Union (or the President's designate) with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review an employee's personnel file, in the office in which the file is normally kept. The employee or the President, as the case may be, shall give the Employer adequate notice prior to having access to such files.

  • HOT LIST PRICING At any time during this Contract, Supplier may offer a specific selection of Equipment, Products, or Services at discounts greater than those listed in the Contract. When Supplier determines it will offer Hot List Pricing, it must be submitted electronically to Sourcewell in a line-item format. Equipment, Products, or Services may be added or removed from the Hot List at any time through a Sourcewell Price and Product Change Form as defined in Article 4 below. Hot List program and pricing may also be used to discount and liquidate close-out and discontinued Equipment and Products as long as those close-out and discontinued items are clearly identified as such. Current ordering process and administrative fees apply. Hot List Pricing must be published and made available to all Participating Entities.

  • Employee Personnel Files 1. There shall be only two files established for maintenance of employee performance and discipline records. The official personnel file, secured at the SPS office and the working building/program file secured at the building/program.

  • Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list.

  • Noteholders’ Lists The Issuer covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, semiannually, not more than fifteen (15) calendar days after each and of each year beginning with , , and at such other times as the Trustee may reasonably request in writing, within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request (or such lesser time as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to enable it to timely provide any notice to be provided by it hereunder), a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders of Notes as of a date not more than fifteen (15) calendar days (or such other date as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to so provide any such notices) prior to the time such information is furnished, except that no such list need be furnished by the Issuer to the Trustee so long as the Trustee is acting as the sole Note Registrar.
