WAGE INCREASES DURING LIFE OF AGREEMENT. 3.8.1 The rates of pay as stated in Clause 3.3.3 shall be assessed by the Employer on the anniversary (each year) of this Agreement and will be increased where appropriate in consideration the minimum wage as set by the Australian Fair Pay Commission (AFPC).

The rates of pay as stated in Clause 3.3.3 3.3 shall be assessed by the Employer on the anniversary (each year) of this Agreement and will be increased where appropriate reviewed in consideration of the minimum wage relevant Australian Pay and Classification Scales (APCS) as set by the Australian Fair Pay Commission (AFPC).
