Voluntary Termination by the Company. The Company may terminate the Employee's status as employee for other than death, Disability or Cause.
Voluntary Termination by the Company. The Company has the right to voluntarily terminate this Agreement and the Executive’s employment hereunder at any time during the Employment Term upon three months’ prior written notice.
Voluntary Termination by the Company. At the election of the Company, without Cause, upon 30 days prior written notice by the Company to the Executive; provided, however, that, in lieu of such notice, the Company at its option may elect to relieve the Executive of his duties immediately and continue to pay the Executive his regular compensation and benefits during such 30-day period.

If the Company initiates an “at will” termination of your employment as described above the Company agrees to pay Xxxxxx a lump-sum separation fee at the time of termination equal to six (6) months salary plus benefits and be granted immediate vesting of all unvested stock and options.
Voluntary Termination by the Company. The Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, for any reason, from time to time upon at least [ *** ] prior written notice to PureTech, such notice to state the date at least [ *** ] in the future upon which termination is to be effective. Within [ *** ] following such termination effective date, the Company shall pay to PureTech all amounts due to PureTech through such termination effective date.
Voluntary Termination by the Company. The Company shall have the right to voluntarily terminate this Agreement and Lxxxxxx'x employment hereunder at any time after the Initial Term. Termination of Lxxxxxx'x employment pursuant to this Section 12(b) shall not be effective unless the Company shall have first given Lxxxxxx a written notice thereof at least thirty (30) days prior to the annual anniversary of Lxxxxxx'x employment under this Agreement.
Voluntary Termination by the Company. The Company may terminate the Executive’s employment at any time by delivering to the Executive written notice of the Company’s intent to terminate, delivered at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of such termination. The termination will become effective automatically upon the expiration of the thirty (30) day notice period. Unless otherwise stated in the termination notice, such notice will also constitute termination of the Executive as to any positions that he may hold as an officer and/or director of the Company and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates.
Voluntary Termination by the Company. In addition to termination for death, Disability or Cause, the Company may at any time terminate the Executive's status as an officer and employee for any reason or for no reason at all.
