Termination Effective Date definition
Termination Effective Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.B.

Termination Effective Date means the effective date of termination; subject to Section I4(n), the Termination Effective Date shall be no less than 30 calendar days from the date of the Termination Notice.
