Termination Effective Date definition

Termination Effective Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.3.3.

Termination Effective Date means the effective date of such termination.

More Definitions of Termination Effective Date

Termination Effective Date means the date on which the liability of the Reinsurer with respect to all of the Reinsured Policies is terminated pursuant to Section 11.02(b), (c) or (d) or the effective date of the rejection of this Agreement by any Receiver.
