VOIDS. On receipt of an order from NBBC PST will raise an electronic order to The Xxxx Group to carry out a Periodic Inspection Report (PIR) on the VOID property within 24 hours. If the VOID only requires remedial works under Category 1 & 2 repairs from the PIR these will be carried out within 48 hours of receipt of order from NBBC. If the VOID PIR shows the need for a potential rewire the completed PIR report will be emailed to the agreed NBBC email address within 24 hours of completion. If NBBC authorise a Re-wire for a VOID property these works will be undertaken within 5 working days of receipt of original order from NBBC. All PIR reports will be emailed to NBBC to the agreed NBBC email address prior to invoice for the works. All category 1&2 repairs and rewire works to be undertaken on VOIDS will be carried to the agreed specification provided by NBBC.
VOIDS. To pay to the Owner during void periods 100% of the amount of rent which would have been payable had the Property been occupied,
VOIDS. A. All voids shall be inaccessible to birds and other wildlife, with gaps and holes no larger than 20 mm.

  • No Weapons or Firearms Except as provided by statute and District policy, all District properties are weapons- and firearms-free zones; Contractor is prohibited from possessing on its persons or in its vehicles any weapons or firearms while on District property.

  • Invalid Transfers Any disposition of the RSUs other than in strict compliance with the provisions of this Agreement shall be void.

  • Prohibition Tenant shall not assign, mortgage, pledge or otherwise transfer or encumber this Lease, in whole or in part, nor sublet, license, assign, or permit occupancy by any party other than Tenant of all or any part of the Premises, without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant shall at the time Tenant requests the consent of Landlord, deliver to Landlord such information in writing as Landlord may reasonably require respecting the proposed assignee or subtenant including, without limitation, the name, address, nature of business, ownership, financial responsibility and standing of such proposed assignee or subtenant and Landlord shall have not less than twenty (20) business days after receipt of all required information to elect one of the following: (a) consent to such proposed assignment, encumbrance or sublease, or (b) refuse such consent. In addition, as a condition to Landlord’s consent to any assignment, sublease or encumbrance of this Lease shall be the delivery to Landlord of a true copy of the fully executed instrument of assignment, transfer or encumbrance and an agreement executed by the assignee, sublessee or other transferee in form and substance satisfactory to Landlord and expressly enforceable by Landlord, whereby the assignee assumes and agrees to be bound by the terms and provisions of this Lease and perform all the obligations of Tenant hereunder with respect to the assigned or subleased portion of the Premises. No assignment or subletting by Tenant shall relieve Tenant or Guarantor of any obligation under this Lease, including Tenant’s obligation to pay Base Rent and Additional Rent hereunder. Any purported assignment or subletting contrary to the provisions hereof without consent shall be void. The consent by Landlord to any assignment or subletting shall not constitute a waiver of the necessity for such consent to any subsequent assignment of subletting. Tenant’s sole remedy for Landlord’s refusal to consent to a proposed assignee or sublessee of Tenant will be an action or proceeding for specific performance, injunction or declaratory relief. Tenant shall pay Landlord’s reasonable processing costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in reviewing any proposed assignment or sublease.

  • Void Transfers Any Transfer by any Member or Unitholder or Permitted Transferee of any Units or other interest in the Company in contravention of this Agreement (including the failure of the Transferee to execute a counterpart or acceptable joinder to this Agreement) or any applicable Equity Agreement, or which would cause the Company to not be treated as a partnership for U.S. federal income tax purposes, shall be void ab initio and shall not bind or be recognized by the Company or any other party. No purported Assignee shall have any right to any gross items of income, gain, deduction or loss or Distributions of the Company.

  • No Gifts or Gratuities Party shall not give title or possession of anything of substantial value (including property, currency, travel and/or education programs) to any officer or employee of the State during the term of this Agreement.

  • No Manipulation Counterparty is not entering into the Transaction to create actual or apparent trading activity in the Shares (or any security convertible into or exchangeable for the Shares) or to raise or depress or otherwise manipulate the price of the Shares (or any security convertible into or exchangeable for the Shares) or otherwise in violation of the Exchange Act.

  • Invalid Provision The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the other provisions hereof, and this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as if such invalid or unenforceable provision were omitted.

  • Unenforceability The fact that any collateral, security, security interest or lien contemplated or intended to be given, created or granted as security for the repayment of the Guaranteed Obligations, or any part thereof, shall not be properly perfected or created, or shall prove to be unenforceable or subordinate to any other security interest or lien, it being recognized and agreed by Guarantor that Guarantor is not entering into this Guaranty in reliance on, or in contemplation of the benefits of, the validity, enforceability, collectibility or value of any of the collateral for the Guaranteed Obligations.

  • Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.

  • NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL For reasons of safety and public policy, in any Contract resulting from this procurement, the use of illegal drugs and/or alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its personnel shall not be permitted while performing any phase of the work herein specified.
