Electronic Order. Intermediation It means electronic access arrangements other than Direct Electronic Access where Client Orders are intermediated through electronic means by members or participants of a Market such as online brokerage provided that the Client does not have the ability to determine the fraction of a second of Order entry and the lifetime of Orders within that time frame.
Electronic Order. This Contract constitutes an electronic Contract between Seller and Buyer and shall have the same validity and binding effect as if the Contract is executed by both parties on paper.
Electronic Order. Entry (EOE). All Designated Members will use Electronic Order Entry for placement for not less than [*] of all lines ordered unless otherwise agreed by ADA. Electronic Order. If any part of the purchase of products, including the acceptance of the NCNR by Customer, takes place by electronic data exchange, an internal Customer portal or a third-party portal or any other electronic means ("electronic order"), this agreement retains its validity in relation to the sale of products between the Customer and FC. The acceptance by the Customer of FC’s request for recognition or of the FC’s specification of the details relating to the electronic purchase order in writing, by e-mail or through another electronic data exchange is binding for the Customer.
