Variations to Rosters. 9.7.2.1 Changes to the method of working shifts Changes to the method of working shifts will not occur unless agreed between the parties concerned. These changes may include but not be limited to: • length of shift; • rotation of shift; • start and finish times; • basic structure and frequency of roster; and • existing pay and associated arrangements contained within local shift agreements.

Variations to Rosters. 11.5.1 Employees may organise shift swaps between themselves provided such arrangements have been approved in at least seven (7) days in advance by the relevant Supervisor. In these circumstances, no overtime or other penalties will be payable by Chubb to the employees if the overtime or penalties would not have been payable if the shift swaps had not occurred in the first instance.
