Remuneration Review. The Company will review the Remuneration Package on an annual basis and the Company may alter the Employee’s total Remuneration Package and its components following that review.

Remuneration Review. The remuneration of the Chief Executive shall be reviewed on the date 12 months from the Commencement Date and every 12 months thereafter.

Under normal circumstances remuneration would only be reviewed a maximum of once per year. The review will be conducted independently of the operation of clause 8.
