Vacation Without Pay. ‌ Upon written request to the Department Head, employees will be granted up to seven (7) consecutive calendar days without pay to be used as additional vacation, provided that such request may be denied at the discretion of the Department Head by reason of adverse staffing impact (including workload considerations).
