Common use of Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers, which policies shall provide the Executive with benefits no less favorable than those provided to any other senior executive officer of the Company. Such vacation may be taken, in the Executive's discretion, at such time or times as are not inconsistent with the reasonable business needs of the Company. The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Company to its senior executive officers.

The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Company to its senior executive officers.
