User Account and Security. Licensee is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of its Account. Licensee should not reveal its Account information to anyone else or use anyone else’s Account. Licensee is entirely responsible for all activities that occur on or through its Account, and Licensee agrees to immediately notify Keysight of any unauthorized use of Licensee’s Account or any other breach of security. Keysight shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of Licensee’s Account. Licensee also agrees not to access the Service by any means other than through the Software or Website. Licensee shall not access or attempt to access an Account that Licensee is not authorized to access. Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

User Account and Security. Access to the Application Suite is achieved through a personal account requiring an individual subscriber login and password. Your subscriber login will be established by you upon your registration, and you will select your own password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your subscriber login and password, and for logging out of your account at the end of each session. You are fully responsible for any activities that occur in or through your account. PRMI is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of an unauthorized use of your account, subscriber login or password. You agree to notify PRMI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or breach in security so it may take the appropriate actions, including possibly closing your account and assigning you a new account.

  • Password and Security If you are issued or create any password or other credentials to access the Service or the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered, you agree not to give or make available your password or credentials to any unauthorized individuals, and you agree to be responsible for all actions taken by anyone to whom you have provided such credentials. If you believe that your credentials have been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use them to access the Site or Service without your consent, you must inform us at once at the telephone number provided in Section 6 of the General Terms above.
