Use of Time. The Superintendent agrees to devote full time to the assigned duties, provided that with the advance agreement of the Board of Education, the Superintendent may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing or other professional duties.

Should the Superintendent undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing or other professional activities, the Superintendent shall utilize her personal vacation time for such purposes, and hold the School District harmless thereon.
