Law, Venue. 19.1. This Agreement has been executed and delivered in the State of California and the validity, enforceability and interpretation of any of the clauses of this Agreement shall be determined and governed by the laws of the State of California.
Law, Venue. This Agreement will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The party seeking to enforce the provisions of this Agreement will choose the venue of such action, and the non-enforcing party agrees to submit to and waives any objections to jurisdiction or venue in that proceeding.
Law, Venue a. If You are located outside the US or Canada: This Developer Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Germany. You and SAP agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the courts of Karlsruhe in Germany in any dispute arising out of or relating to this Developer Agreement.
Law, Venue. This Employment Agreement shall be governed by the laws of --------- the State of Maryland. In the event of any claim or litigation by either party against the other arising out of it, the parties agree that the forum for resolution of such claim or litigation shall be the Circuit Court for Xxxxxxxxx County, Maryland, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction of said court.
Law, Venue. This Agreement is being executed in Highlands County, Florida and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Highlands County, Florida, shall be the venue of any action thereon.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah (regardless of the laws that might otherwise govern under applicable principals of conflicts of law of such state). Venue for any action arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be in the District Court for Utah County, Utah.
Law, Venue. This Agreement shall be solely governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Real Property is located (without resort to conflict-of-law principles). Any litigation between the parties hereto concerning this Agreement or the Property shall be brought solely in the state or federal courts located in Las Vegas, County of Xxxxx, State of Nevada.
Law, Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to conflicts of laws principles that would result in the application of the law of any other state. Each of the parties to this Agreement (a) consents to submit itself or himself to the personal jurisdiction of the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, (b) agrees that all claims in respect of such action or proceeding may be heard and determined only in such court, (c) agrees that it or he shall not attempt to deny or defeat such personal jurisdiction by motion or other request for leave from such court and (d) agrees not to bring any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in any other court. Each of the parties hereto waives any defense of inconvenient forum to the maintenance of any action or proceeding so brought and waives any bond, surety or other security that might be required of any other party with respect thereto. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any party hereto may make service on another party by sending or delivering a copy of the process to the party to be served in a manner permitted under the laws of the State of Delaware. EACH PARTY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ANY CONTROVERSY WHICH MAY ARISE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IS LIKELY TO INVOLVE COMPLICATED AND DIFFICULT ISSUES AND, THEREFORE, EACH SUCH PARTY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN RESPECT OF ANY ACTIONS, SUITS, DEMAND LETTERS, JUDICIAL, ADMINISTRATIVE OR REGULATORY PROCEEDINGS, OR HEARINGS, NOTICES OF VIOLATION OR INVESTIGATIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT. EACH PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT CERTIFIES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT (A) SUCH PARTY HAS CONSIDERED THE IMPLICATIONS OF THIS WAIVER AND (B) SUCH PARTY MAKES THIS WAIVER VOLUNTARILY.
Law, Venue. This Agreement and its interpretation, validity and performance shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. In the event any court of law of appropriate judicial authority shall hold or declare that the law of another jurisdiction is applicable, this Agreement shall remain enforceable under the laws of the appropriate jurisdiction. The parties hereto agree that venue for any action in connection herewith shall be proper in Dallas County, Texas. Each party hereto consents to the jurisdiction of any local, state or federal court situated in any of such locations and waives any objection which it may have pertaining to improper venue or forum non conveniens to the conduct of any proceeding in any such court.
Law, Venue. The laws of the State of Colorado shall govern the construction, interpretation, execution and enforcement of this Agreement. Venue for any dispute between the Parties arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be in the State of Colorado District Court for Park County.
