Common use of Use of District Facilities Clause in Contracts

Use of District Facilities. The Union shall have the right to reasonable use of District facilities upon prior notification to the District of the requested dates, times and locations of the usage of said facilities in accordance with District permit procedures for building use. The Union shall have the right to reasonable use of bulletin board space and District mail for the purpose of conducting Union business, including communication with members.

The Union shall request the use of District facilities upon prior notification sufficiently in advance so as not to disrupt the District efficient operation of the requested datesDistrict. In all cases, times and locations it is agreed that a request for use of the usage of said District facilities shall be made in accordance with District permit procedures for building use.
