Updated AMF Business Case. Provided this Settlement Agreement is approved by the PUC, the Company will commence the next phase of work to refine and update its AMF business case (referred to herein as the Updated AMF Business Case) for the Company’s proposed AMF investments. Design and procurement efforts undertaken during that phase will be in coordination with the development of a similarly updated AMF business case for the Company’s New York affiliate as part of a collaborative with the New York Public Service Commission Staff and other interested parties in that jurisdiction. The Updated AMF Business Case for Rhode Island, to be filed with the PUC no later than December 1, 2018, will include an evaluation of shared communications infrastructure and various ownership models for key AMF components, including the potential for incremental revenue that might be generated by these models in the future. Furthermore, the Updated AMF Business Case will address data governance regarding customer, non-regulated power producer (NPP), and third party access to system and customer data, with the proper privacy and security protections in place. The Updated AMF Business Case will propose to implement AMF in the most cost-effective way, and will provide a cost estimate that can be relied upon for purposes of establishing future revenue requirements for deployment of AMF in Rhode Island. The Company’s share of the costs to develop the Updated AMF Business Case is forecasted to be approximately $2 million. An allowance for this forecasted cost is included in the revenue requirements, which will be spread evenly over the three years of the MRP.

  • Certified and Minority Business Enterprises Reports Upon Customer request, the Contractor shall report to the requesting Customer the Contractor’s spend with certified and other minority business enterprises in the provision of commodities or services related to the Customer’s orders. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of the Customer.

  • Notice to Proceed - Land Acquisition The acquisition of the Land shall not occur until the Director has issued a written Notice to Proceed for land acquisition to the Recipient (the "Notice to Proceed"). Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director has received a Request to Proceed acceptable to the Director and is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and any requirements for land acquisition set forth in this Agreement, including without limitation the OPWC's approval of the proposed Deed Restrictions and Title Agent. The Notice to Proceed also shall specify the time frame for the Closing.

  • MFMP Transaction Fee Reports The Contractor shall submit complete monthly MFMP Transaction Fee Reports to the Department. Reports are due 15 calendar days after the end of each month.   • Pricing Increase Requests Subsequent to the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term and in accordance with the schedule for price adjustments established by OGS, Contractor may request an increase in the pricing contained in the Centralized Contract by submitting an update request based on change in pricing level as contained in Appendix C, Contract Modification Procedure to the OGS Contract Administrator. With any price increase request, in addition to the requirements contained in Appendix C, the Contractor must certify in writing that the price change for the Services is the same as its pricing in its GSA Supply Schedule, and that Contractor documents the request to the satisfaction of the State.

  • Requesting Price Increase/Required Documentation Contractor must submit a written notification at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the requested effective date of the change, setting the amount of the increase, along with an itemized list of any increased prices, showing the Contractor’s current price, revised price, the actual dollar difference and the percentage of the price increase by line item. Price change requests must include H-GAC Forms D Offered Item Pricing and E Options Pricing, or the documentation used to submit pricing in the original Response and be supported with substantive documentation (e.g. manufacturer's price increase notices, copies of invoices from suppliers, etc.) clearly showing that Contractor's actual costs have increased per the applicable line item bid. The Producer Price Index (PPI) may be used as partial justification, subject to approval by H-GAC, but no price increase based solely on an increase in the PPI will be allowed. This documentation should be submitted in Excel format to facilitate analysis and updating of the website. The letter and documentation must be sent to the Bids and Specifications manager, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, at Xxxxxxx.Xxxxxx@x-xxx.xxx Review/Approval of Requests If H-GAC approves the price increase, Contractor will be notified in writing; no price increase will be effective until Contractor receives this notice. If H-GAC does not approve Contractor’s price increase, Contractor may terminate its performance upon sixty (60) days advance written notice to H-GAC, however Contractor must fulfill any outstanding Purchase Orders. Termination of performance is Contractor’s only remedy if H-GAC does not approve the price increase. H-GAC reserves the right to accept or reject any price change request.

  • Initial Forecasts/Trunking Requirements Because Verizon’s trunking requirements will, at least during an initial period, be dependent on the Customer segments and service segments within Customer segments to whom CSTC decides to market its services, Verizon will be largely dependent on CSTC to provide accurate trunk forecasts for both inbound (from Verizon) and outbound (to Verizon) traffic. Verizon will, as an initial matter, provide the same number of trunks to terminate Reciprocal Compensation Traffic to CSTC as CSTC provides to terminate Reciprocal Compensation Traffic to Verizon. At Verizon’s discretion, when CSTC expressly identifies particular situations that are expected to produce traffic that is substantially skewed in either the inbound or outbound direction, Verizon will provide the number of trunks CSTC suggests; provided, however, that in all cases Verizon’s provision of the forecasted number of trunks to CSTC is conditioned on the following: that such forecast is based on reasonable engineering criteria, there are no capacity constraints, and CSTC’s previous forecasts have proven to be reliable and accurate.

  • Selection Under a Fixed Budget Services for assignments which the Association agrees meet the requirements of paragraph 3.5 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of a Fixed Budget in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.5 of the Consultant Guidelines.

  • CMI/RAI MDS Report Recognizing the mutual objective of quality resident care, the Employer agrees to meet through the Union Management Committee with the Union as soon as practicable after the receipt of the annual CMI/RAI MDS report. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with staffing levels, and staffing mix information; the impact of related payroll costs on staffing levels and a written notice of the CMI/RAI MDS report for the facility. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI/RAI MDS report on the staffing levels in the Home, quality resident care, and provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss other changes or workload issues. The parties may invite additional participants to attend the meeting to support constructive review and discussion.

  • Pro Forma Statement The Receiver, as soon as practicable after Bank Closing, in accordance with the best information then available, shall provide to the Assuming Institution a pro forma statement reflecting any adjustments of such liabilities and assets as may be necessary. Such pro forma statement shall take into account, to the extent possible, (i) liabilities and assets of a nature similar to those contemplated by Section 2.1 or Section 3.1, respectively, which at Bank Closing were carried in the Failed Bank's suspense accounts, (ii) accruals as of Bank Closing for all income related to the assets and business of the Failed Bank acquired by the Assuming Institution hereunder, whether or not such accruals were reflected on the Accounting Records of the Failed Bank in the normal course of its operations, and (iii) adjustments to determine the Book Value of any investment in an Acquired Subsidiary and related accounts on the "bank only" (unconsolidated) balance sheet of the Failed Bank based on the equity method of accounting, whether or not the Failed Bank used the equity method of accounting for investments in subsidiaries, except that the resulting amount cannot be less than the Acquired Subsidiary's recorded equity as of Bank Closing as reflected on the Accounting Records of the Acquired Subsidiary. Any Loan purchased by the Assuming Institution pursuant to Section 3.1 which the Failed Bank charged off during the period beginning the day after the Bid Valuation Date to the date of Bank Closing shall be deemed not to be charged off for the purposes of the pro forma statement, and the purchase price shall be determined pursuant to Section 3.2.
