Pro Forma Statement definition

Pro Forma Statement means a financial forecast for the Facility for the next five-year period prepared in accordance with the standards for forecasts established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Pro Forma Statement means a balance sheet that reflects a reasonably accurate financial statement of the Failed Bank as of the Bank Closing Date and serves as a basis for the opening entries of both the Assuming Institution and the Receiver.
Pro Forma Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
