Rate Plan. If the agreement between Uniti and Optus, is terminated, Optus may arrange to supply the Service directly to you. You acknowledge that the rate plan applicable to the provision of Services to you may be altered to the nearest applicable Optus rate plan in the event that the rights and obligations under this CSA are assigned or novated to Optus so that Optus provides the Service directly to you.

Rate Plan. Customer may select from a variety of Billing Plans for the Services in each market. The Billing Plan selected by Customer shall be set forth in the Order Form. The rates for the Billing Plans and other additional fees are set forth in the applicable Pricing Schedule, attached hereto, which reflect the pricing for the Services as of the date of this Agreement. Apptix may change the rates for the Billing Plans, the Pricing Schedule and other additional fees upon notice to the Customer, or by posting such changes to the Apptix website. BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICES, CUSTOMER IS AGREEING TO THE POSTED CHANGES. The Customer is also responsible for chargeable events as defined in the Apptix Voice Service Level Agreement.
Rate Plan. Effective upon Closing, WVAWC shall (1) implement the Closing Base Rates set forth in Schedule 6.7 (which Base Rates shall have been adopted by Seller as provided in Section 6.2(j)) as WVAWC’s effective wastewater base rates applicable to Seller’s customers, and (2) apply WVAWC’s then existing miscellaneous fees and charges, rules and regulations for wastewater service as set forth in WVAWC’s PSC-approved Tariff, including WVAWC’s industrial pretreatment program and associated fees related thereto. Subject to PSC approval, Seller and WVAWC agree to a two-step rate implementation schedule as more fully set forth on Schedule 6.7 that anticipates Union PSD customers paying % of WVAWC rates at Closing and full WVAWC rates twelve (12) months from Closing (the “Rate Plan”). The Base Rates established in Schedule 6.7 shall remain in place until the effective date of new rates approved by the PSC as the result of a base rate case proceeding before the PSC.
Rate Plan. The parties to this Agreement jointly request that the Commission approve the rate plan as set forth in Appendix C, Appendix C-1 and Appendix C-2. In addition to allowing for consideration of the new investments, the rate plan provides for specific treatment of pension expenses, sales of SO2 allowances, off-systems sales, an Energy Cost Adjustment, AFUDC, depreciation and other matters. The rate treatment of the Contribution in Aid of Construction is addressed below. Subject to the overriding statutory obligation of the Commission, the parties intend for the rate plan attached as Appendix C to run until June 1, 2010.
Rate Plan. Customer's Product Information and Contract Price are set forth in Schedule A to this Agreement. If this Agreement was transacted using the services of a Broker or Aggregator, then the fee charged by Broker or Aggregator to Customer for such services may be included in the Price. Rate Plan. OhGolly agrees to market GTC's Internet Web Page Hosting services at the rates set by GTC. Prior to commencement of OhGolly's duties under this Agreement, GTC shall furnish OhGolly with copies of its current price lists and rate plans for GTC's Internet Web Page Hosting service. OhGolly shall quote to Customers only those prices and rates authorized by GTC.
Rate Plan. Borrowers shall only offer rate plans to subscribers that are compatible with plans offered by AT&T.
