No Contributed Company has engaged in any business other than the ownership, operation, maintenance, expansion, construction, commissioning and decommissioning of, and acquisition of, gathering systems, pipelines and treatment and processing facilities in the East Texas/North Louisiana Area, marketing of capacity on such gathering systems, buying and selling gas and condensate in connection therewith, and the provision of compression services in connection therewith.
Unrelated Activities. The SPE Seller shall not engage in any activity other than activities specifically permitted by this Section 5.1 and those permitted by its Authority Documents.
